Are these iron on patches?
No. They are digital stitch files for applique and machine embroidery designs. You must have an embroidery machine to stitch them out.
What sizes do your designs come in?
Most designs come in 3 sizes - 4x4, 5x7 and 6x10 inch hoop sizes. The size and stitch count will always be stated on the design description.
What machine formats do you provide?
PES, PEC, XXX, VIP, VP3, VP4, HUS, DST, JEF, JEF+, EXP, ART formats are provided. If you don't see your format please contact us and we will assist.
How will I receive my order?
Your order will be available for instant download after successful purchase.
What is your return policy?
Due to the digital nature of machine embroidery designs refunds are not possible. We manually digitise (no design is auto digitised) and test sew every design before release to ensure great stitch outs. If you have a problem please contact us and we will do our best to work with you to provide a solution. Sometimes it can be as simple as stabiliser being used.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept Paypal and major credit cards. You can pay with most major debit and credit cards via paypal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from your site?
No. You will be directed to PayPal to complete your purchase, but you do not need a PayPal account. Select the option on the left, enter your credit or debit card info.
Can I sell items made with your designs on them?
Yes, you can do this on a small commercial scale.
Do you do custom digitizing?
We do customise the baby birth announcements and a few other designs but at the moment we don't have a full customised digitising service. Having said that we are always open to suggestion :)
Can I share or resell Embroidery Tree designs?
No! Our applique and machine embroidery designs may not be shared, sold or redistributed in any format. The digital files may not be altered in any manner. They can only be used to add embroidery to items that you sell.
If I have trouble browsing or placing an order what should I do?
Please clear your cookies, cache, and reboot your computer if you experience any trouble with the website or ordering. You can also try using another browser. Our site operates best with Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If your still having trouble after you take these steps please contact us.
When will my email be answered?
Mostly we can get back to you pretty straight away but remember we live in a global society and sometimes we sleep!! Usually we will respond within a couple of hours though and sometimes even minutes. Every effort will be made to help you.
We will never sell, trade, give away, or otherwise share any of your personal information. Your email address will only be used for correspondence from www.embroiderytree.com.
Why are the colors showing on my machine all different than pictured?
Color pallettes vary between machine formats so this is not unusual. Therefore, often times upon conversion, the original colors of the designs will change and vary from format to format. Again, this is totally normal. It's always best to print off the worksheet to obtain the closest machine to the original color selection.
Can I resize your designs?
Resizing applique and machine embroidery designs can alter stitch out and therefore is not recommended. Embroidery Tree cannot be held responsible for the quality of the design if you edit it in any way. If you need resizing please contact us and we will happily do it for you.
Can I use any of your designs and make other products not embroidery related?
